Lo-Cal chocolate cake

The Chocolate Cake

12 egg whites

1.5 cups of oatmeal

2 bananas

1dash of vanilla

2 or 3 shakes of cinnamon

8 table spoons of sugar free strawberry preserves

3 packs of Splenda

1 table spoon of coco powder

3 table spoons of Nestle Chocolate flavor Nesquik

Put all ingredients in a blender for a minute or two
Pour mix into a non-stick cake pan (spray pan with olive oil or Pam)
Add blue berries or nuts if desired
Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minuntes
When time is up, poke with a toothpick. If nothing sticks to the toothpick the cake is done. If it does stick put back in the oven for 5 more min.
